You. Tuber Mc. Makistein recreated a fully playable version of the Overwatch character Doomfist in Minecraft. Mc. Makistein, who goes by Mr. Makistein on Reddit, told curious others that it only took him about a week to create this cubic version of the franchise’s newest offense hero. It took him over 4. Just like its Overwatch counterpart, this Doomfist can deal damage with his Rocket Punch and Hand Cannon. Yes, yes, we must support our fellow parents as they grope — sorry, bad word choice! — their way through this whole child-rearing thing. I don’t recommend. Dear Skidrow Programs. I recently downloaded ‘Orcs Must Die’. And recently the producers relised a wave editor. I have been trying to use it with the cracked version. YouTuber McMakistein recreated a fully playable version of the Overwatch character Doomfist in Minecraft. Mc. Makistein has also created Minecraft versions of other Overwatch characters, such as Genji, Reaper, and Tracer. They’re also fully playable. On the web, there are other Minecraft and Overwatch enthusiasts creating their own game mashups, such as the Minewatch project, which is led by a team that creates character designs and weapons. The Overwatch Illios project focused on creating Overwatch maps such as Hanamura and Route 6. Mc. Makistein plans to recreate Mercynext. To download his version of Doomfist, go here. HANDMADEJose Garcia Antonio, blind master potter from Mexico and one of his seductive clay mermaids, made onsite at the market. There are incredible markets around the world and then there is the International Folk Art Market in Santa Fe, New Mexico, an event that has been happening every July in Museum Hill since 2.
Named the face of peace and the number one arts festival in the US by USA Today, this is the biggest global gathering of its kind. This year, 2. 5,0. The market starts with a parade of the artists welcomed by the city of Santa Fe as they gather in the main plaza welcomed by a Cuban live band. Li Edelkoort, the honorary chair for 2. Keith Recker, the creative director, read the names of each country and cried when Syria was called. This market is humanity, humanity at its core” said Li to an audience of culture bearers who blur borders with an eye- dazzling convergence of handmade forms, textures, and designs—textiles, jewelry, beadwork, basketry, wood carvings, ceramics, rugs, glass and metal work, sculpture, mixed media, toys, and more. In these turbulent times, it’s an amazing experience to be part of something based on beauty and respect. Handcraft more than ever is a strong direction for the future. As one of the 1. 54 artists who participated this year said, “The market is everything that’s right with the world” affirmed Keith Recker, IFAA Creative Director and board member. Kavita Parmar from IOU Project was a first time participant in Innovation Inspiration, a special exhibition area featuring works by 3. I have had the opportunity as a designer to present my work in many shows and fairs around the globe including fashion capitals like Paris, New York, Florence, Milan etc. I have never encountered such a strong sense of community and an incredibly beautiful empathy within the artisans, the clients and the many staff and volunteers of the IFAA. The client response I have had even after coming back from the show has reinforced my belief that the customer is looking for authenticity and a direct dialogue with the craftsperson and this is one of the answers to the future of a true luxury shopping experience. Carla Fernandez, from Mexico and also a first time participant, said that she was very surprised to encounter a spiritual experience sort of a boot camp of the positive, the possible and the future where sharing is the currency. She has been to many shows around the world just selling her products but this is the only time where she has felt a real support, a real sense of community. The show reaffirmed her belief that the future is handmade, that this is a possible and relevant future that can be a sustainable thriving business. She also said she encountered the real America, one that favors diversity and culture and a very different one from the one in the news. Porfirio Gutierrez from Oaxaca who participated in 2. To be accepted means to receive a special recognition and be the beneficiary of all the knowledge and care by a pull of top specialists in different areas such as branding, entrepreneurship, marketing etc. Porfirio was very proud to be chosen as a mentor this year, helping first time artisans to get around. Somporn Intaraprayong from Thailand, represented by Chinalai, has participated 8 times at the market. Her booth is the first stop of any serious textile collector and one of the first to sell out. This year she was invited as a panelist where she spoke from the heart about her community of seamstresses and sewers who use stitches to tell stories of the rice fields and their daily lives. She includes everyone who needs and wants to work, they all have a chance and get the most important teaching of all: there is also beauty in imperfection, beauty in every process, beauty in every stitch. Olga Reiche from Guatemala has been to the market 8 times representing pik’bil textiles from the Queckchi ethnic group of Coban. These lace type textiles were nearly extinct with all the Chinese imports. Olga, the daughter of a German and an indigenous woman from Coban, remembers visiting her grandmother and being mesmerized by her silver jewelry and intricate white lace dress made using one thread hand spun cotton, back strap loom and white on white. Eight years ago, Olga saw the market as the perfect place to present to the world this technique and to use this as an “excuse” to rescue the knowledge and convince the artisans that there is a market that appreciates their heritage. I have the highest respect for the show, I know I will be surrounded by the best of the best, all chosen carefully according to principles of ethics, respect, tradition, heritage and culture. There is no place in the world where artisans are respected and honored like in Santa Fe”. Olga travels to the market with Amalia Gue, a weaver from a remote village who at 3. Olga’s. Fe Francis is the name of Amalia’s baby, named after the patron of the city and the market. Indeed, this is not a market, this is a miracle, as one of the slogans claims. This impact is especially great for disenfranchised women and artists from developing countries, where artisan work is second only to agriculture and daily income averages less than $3. For both consumers and artists, the most positive path to the future is handmade.” Affirms Keith Recker. Seeing these cultural treasures and meeting the artists creates a connectivity that stirs the heart, opens the mind, and invites us to speak a single language,” says Judith Espinar, a co- founder of the Market. Ovens and Cooking Rangehoods. Choose from a wide variety of rangehoods including canopies, island mounted, wall mounted rangehoods and built- in rangehoods. A quiet rangehood is the preference of most of us so most manufacturers claim that their rangehoods are quiet. But what does this really mean in practice? Decibel ratings are given such as < 6. B, but what do these numbers mean in the real- world use as opposed to a factory test room? • Exhaust Hoods & Grease Extraction. Residential Range Fire Suppression. purged and then the hood is rinsed with fresh hot water. • No need for a gravity drain. A non ducted range hood. Installation of. having a non ducted range hood installed and turning it on during cooking is better than having no range hood at all. MANROSE HOME › Ventilation Fan Range › Ducting & Grille Range. The Manrose range offers many ducted solutions to exhaust to the outside through wall. We're determined to cut through the mystery and bulldust to give you some actual guidance based on our own research. We've found that there are a huge range of noise levels generated by various rangehoods and that they don't always correspond to the levels stated by the manufacturer. Some are noisier than claimed but perhaps surprisingly, some are actually quieter. Some of this disparity might be due to different testing methods so we've standardised our measurement recording procedure so as to compare like with like or as you might say, 'apples with apples'. Measurements are made using equipment calibrated to the European Environment Agency standard for noise monitoring. Testing is carried out in our premises with the rangehood wall mounted at 1. Sound measurement taken at a height of 1. The results of the quieter ones are displayed in the product descriptions below. Not all the canopies we sell have been tested yet but we are gradually identifying the quieter ones as they become available. In our opinion only rangehoods that generate less than 5. B at full power, at ear level at 1m distance can be considered (relatively) quiet. Over that level the noise becomes intrusive and users will be tempted to turn down the fan speed to levels that are inefficient. Only canopy rangehoods that we have tested and shown to be under 5. Range Hood Vent Through WallB are listed in this section. Remember that everyone experiences noise differently and one person's quiet is another's loud so our measurements should be taken to show relative differences in noise levels, one to the other. Please note that correct installation is an important factor for reducing the noise from any rangehood. Ducting should of the solid or semi- rigid kind and not the thin plastic or foil extendable type. Joints should be sealed with ducting tape so they are air tight. The noise is usually loudest at the point where the air leaves the rangehood, which is why it should be contained by proper solid ducting rather than the flimsy extendable foil type. Simple Insert Update and Delete Triggers in SQL Server with example. In this article I will explain with simple examples, how to write Insert, Update and Delete Triggers in SQL Server. This tutorial is applicable for all versions of SQL Server i. Database. I have made use of the following table Customers with the schema as follows. Few months back I have written one article which was showing how to store image and other files into SQL Server column by converting it to byte object and receive it. I have already inserted few records in the table. Below is the Customer. Logs table which will be used to log the Trigger actions. The #1 SQL Server community and education site, with articles, news, forums, scripts and FAQs. Describes cumulative update package 2 for SQL Server 2016 SP1. I am trying to create a trigger each time after data is inserted, updated or deleted. The trigger for inserting is working fine but i am having some issues with the. Note: You can download the database table SQL by clicking the download link below. Triggers. Triggers are database operations which are automatically performed when an action such as Insert, Update or Delete is performed on a Table or a View in database. Triggers are associated with the Table or View directly i. Triggers. Types of Triggers. There are two types of Triggers. After and Instead of Triggers. After Triggers. These triggers are executed after an action such as Insert, Update or Delete is performed. Instead of Triggers. These triggers are executed instead of any of the Insert, Update or Delete operations. For example, let’s say you write an Instead of Trigger for Delete operation, then whenever a Delete is performed the Trigger will be executed first and if the Trigger deletes record then only the record will be deleted. After Triggers. Now I will explain you with examples the After Triggers for Insert, Update and Delete operations. Insert Trigger. Below is an example of an After Insert Trigger. Whenever a row is inserted in the Customers Table, the following trigger will be executed. The newly inserted record is available in the INSERTED table. The following Trigger is fetching the Customer. Id of the inserted record and the fetched value is inserted in the Customer. Logs table. CREATETRIGGER[dbo].[Customer_INSERT] ON[dbo].[Customers]AFTERINSERTASBEGIN SETNOCOUNTON; DECLARE@Customer. Id. INT SELECT@Customer. Id=INSERTED. Customer. Id FROMINSERTED INSERTINTOCustomer. Logs VALUES(@Customer. Id,'Inserted')ENDUpdate Trigger. Below is an example of an After Update Trigger. Whenever a row is updated in the Customers Table, the following trigger will be executed. The updated record is available in the INSERTED table. The following Trigger is fetching the Customer. Id of the updated record. In order to find which column is updated, you will need to use UPDATE function and pass the Column name of the Table to it. The UPDATE function will return TRUE for a Column if its value was updated else it will return false. Finally based on which column of the record has been updated a record (containing the Customer. Id and the appropriate action) is inserted in the Customer. Logs table. CREATETRIGGER[dbo].[Customer_UPDATE] ON[dbo].[Customers]AFTERUPDATEASBEGIN SETNOCOUNTON; DECLARE@Customer. Id. INT DECLARE@Action. VARCHAR(5. 0) SELECT@Customer. Id=INSERTED. Customer. Id FROMINSERTED IFUPDATE(Name) BEGIN SET@Action='Updated Name' END IFUPDATE(Country) BEGIN SET@Action='Updated Country' END INSERTINTOCustomer. Logs VALUES(@Customer. Id,@Action)ENDDelete Trigger. Below is an example of an After Delete Trigger. Whenever a row is delete in the Customers Table, the following trigger will be executed. The deleted record is available in the DELETED table. The following Trigger is fetching the Customer. Id of the deleted record and the fetched value is inserted in the Customer. Logs table. CREATETRIGGER[dbo].[Customer_DELETE] ON[dbo].[Customers]AFTERDELETEASBEGIN SETNOCOUNTON; DECLARE@Customer. Id. INT SELECT@Customer. Id=DELETED. Customer. Id FROMDELETED INSERTINTOCustomer. Logs VALUES(@Customer. Id,'Deleted')ENDThe following screenshot displays the Log table after the above Triggers were executed. Instead Of Triggers. Below is an example of an Instead Of Delete Trigger. Whenever anyone tries to delete a row from the Customers table the following trigger is executed. Inside the Trigger, I have added a condition that if record has Customer. Id value 2 then such a record must not be deleted and an error must be raised. Also a record is inserted in the Customer. Logs table. If the Customer. Id value is not 2 then a delete query is executed which deletes the record permanently and a record is inserted in the Customer. Logs table. CREATETRIGGER[dbo].[Customer_Instead. Of. DELETE] ON[dbo].[Customers]INSTEADOFDELETEASBEGIN SETNOCOUNTON; DECLARE@Customer. Id. INT SELECT@Customer. Id=DELETED. Customer. Id FROMDELETED IF@Customer. Id= 2 BEGIN RAISERROR('Mudassar Khan''s record cannot be deleted',1. ROLLBACK INSERTINTOCustomer. Logs VALUES(@Customer. Id,'Record cannot be deleted.') END ELSE BEGIN DELETEFROMCustomers WHERECustomer. Id=@Customer. Id INSERTINTOCustomer. Logs VALUES(@Customer. Id,'Instead Of Delete') ENDENDThe following error message shown when record with Customer. Id 2 is deleted. The following screenshot displays the Log table after the Instead Of Trigger is executed.
What to Do When You've Outgrown Your Job. You might think you can still do their job well if you’ve outgrown it, but a recent study from Florida Atlantic University showed that, in fact, if it’s time to move on and you’ve stayed put, you might start to suck at your job. This might range from coming in late or leaving early to theft or bullying co- workers. The more overqualified an employee feels, the more likely they are to engage in counterproductive behaviors that impair the effective functioning of organizations.. While your performance might not slip into the realm of theft or bullying your colleagues, feeling like your role no longer suits you can affect your mindset and attitude. If you’re feeling overqualified, here’s what to do. Decide If Things Can Change. Even if you feel you’ve hit a dead end when it comes to career growth, you don’t necessarily have to leave your job. Alison Green, of Ask a Manager, explains that if you’re unhappy at work, you should talk to your manager about it—if you think things can be fixed and if you would stay if they were to change. You have to decide for yourself what that means. Do you need a percentage of your responsibilities and projects to become more challenging? Do you want to focus on just one new skill? If you decide that either things aren’t able to change or that you wouldn’t stay if they did, finding a new job may be your next move. The international forum for control engineers, system integrators, and industrial automation professionals. Even so, talk to your manager first worth—they may be able to suggest changes you thought weren’t possible. Look for Internal Opportunities. If you can work with your manager to change the parameters of your job, start with seeing how you can expand your role, even temporarily. On NPR’s podcast Hidden Brain, Amy Wrzesniewski, Professor of Organizational Behavior at Yale, describes how you can use “job crafting” to make your current role more meaningful. That can certainly happen, where people can stumble into something and realize, “This is what I would do even if I hit the lottery,” versus, “How is it I can craft the boundaries of this job [..] in such a way that I can come to experience it perhaps as something that is meaningful [as] potentially a calling could be.”The second situation she describes is one where you can shape your job, and ultimately your career, into work that motivates you. Everyone’s organization is different, so you’ll know the best way to look for opportunities, but here’s a list of potential ones to get you started. Take something off someone else’s plate: If there’s something that your boss or a team mate has to do often, but that seems boring for them, offer to take it over. This gives you the chance to learn something new and gives them more bandwidth to focus on other work. Get an inside view: Tasks like helping prepare meeting slides or agendas, taking notes for your boss at meeting, or helping to document processes or resources are mundane, but they give you a peek into how higher ups make decisions. Support another team: You’ll want to clear this with your manager first, but supporting another team on a project can expose you to new skills, work, or ways of thinking. Fill a gap where resources are low: Offer to take on projects or tasks that are falling by the wayside because there aren’t enough resources to sustain them. You’ll get to do something different and take ownership while helping your department and company. If you’re a superstar employee, there’s a good chance you have a target on your back. A recent…Read more Start Job Searching for a Stretch Role. Not every manager or company will be willing to shift your job description or offer internal opportunities to expand your role. If that’s the case for you, your best options may be to look for a new job. Search for roles that will be a stretch and give you something to work towards—you don’t want to end up feeling like you’ve outgrown your job again in a short time.
